Smerth Khanna currently serves as the Business Head for Brand Innovations, Organised Trade, and South India at Dabur India Limited, where responsibilities include overseeing the fastest-growing vertical and developing future-forward strategies. Previously, Smerth held various leadership roles at Dabur, including Business Head for eCommerce in India and SAARC, where significant growth was achieved with a $100 million P&L responsibility and the launch of over 15 exclusive D2C brands. Earlier experience includes key positions at Snapdeal, Microsoft, and HCL Infosystems, showcasing a strong background in sales, brand management, and strategic development.
