Susan Lapolla

Susan Lapolla has over 15 years of experience in human resources and office management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Office Manager at DAC International Inc. since August 2020, where significant improvements were made to the HR department and a comprehensive benefits package was developed in collaboration with HUB International. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist and Executive Assistant at AppleOne Employment Services, and Executive Associate/Human Resources Generalist at Mosaic Network Inc., among others. Susan has also contributed to roles in customer service and administrative support, showcasing a versatile skill set in HR functions, administrative tasks, and strategic support across various organizations. Education was attained at San Diego State University.
