Sean Goings

Sean Goings has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sean served as the President of DAC, Inc. starting in 2014. In 2021, they became an Advisory Board Member for Customer Experience at University of Houston Bauer Business College. From 2007 to present, they have held multiple positions with the Texas Association of Healthcare Facilities Management, including Board of Directors and Associate Member Director. Sean also served as the Board of Directors and Associate Member Director for the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Schneider Electric as a Manager of US Healthcare Solutions and Business Development Manager from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, they held various roles on the Board of Directors for the HOUSTON AREA ASSOCIATION FOR HOSPITAL ENGINEERING from 2007 to 2014. Sean started their career at Siemens Industry US as a Sales Representative, Senior Account Executive, Electrical Installer, Systems Specialist, and Project Engineer from 1996 to 2008.

Sean Goings began their education journey at Texas A&M University, where they studied Management and Construction Science from 1994 to 1997. Sean then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management at Sam Houston State University from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Sean Goings has obtained several certifications, including the Transportation Worker Identification Credential from the Transportation Security Administration, the Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker from the American Hospital Association, the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers, the Certified Energy Management Professional from Schneider Electric, and the Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) from the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers.
