John Hausauer

John Hausauer currently serves as the Regional Retail Manager at Dacotah Bank, where responsibilities include coaching and managing a remote team of retail banking supervisors while leading initiatives to enhance customer experience. Prior roles at Dacotah Bank included Market Retail Leader, focusing on coaching retail banking associates and identifying new business opportunities, and Customer Service Representative, handling personal and commercial banking relationships.
