Marco Barnobi

Marco Barnobi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marco is currently working at Daedalean AI as a Product Lead, where their main responsibilities include product management, operations management, and technical project management. Marco works on projects with aviation OEMs to develop and demonstrate the capabilities of Daedalean's technology in order to convert it into certified aviation products. Prior to this, Marco worked as a Project Manager at Bühler Group for a few months. Marco also gained experience as a Machine Learning Software Engineer at Imaging Solutions AG, where they developed an image analysis pipeline for red eye correction. Marco served as a Research Assistant in Artificial Intelligence at ETH Zürich and worked briefly as a Mechatronics Engineering intern at ETH juniors. Marco was responsible for business development in Asia, particularly China and Japan, as a Business Development Manager at Wingtra. Marco completed their Master's thesis at RELab ETH Zürich and gained engineering internship experience at ABB and EPoS Srl.

From 2015 to 2017, Marco attended ETH Zürich, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Robotics, Systems and Controls Engineering.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, Marco studied at Politecnico di Torino and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

As part of an exchange program, Marco spent the academic year 2013-2014 at Tongji University, focusing on Mechanical and Production Engineering.

Before their university education, Marco completed their high school education at the Scientific High School, from 2007 to 2012.
