Courtney Kelly began their career as a Promotions Intern at Cumulus Media before moving on to internships at MAX Advertising. Following that, Courtney took on roles as Project Manager and Project Coordinator at IQ Agency. Courtney has since progressed to become the Operations Manager and currently the Senior Manager of Operations at Dagger, where Courtney has played a key role in the company's growth and recognition within the industry.
