Eric Chernoff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Eric started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys in 2007, where they developed software for Fortune 100 clients. Eric then moved on to Infosys Consulting, Inc. in 2008, working as an Associate and later as an Analyst, focusing on value-realization strategy, process improvement, and program management. During their time at Infosys Consulting, they achieved the top 5% rating for three consecutive years.
In 2012, Eric co-founded and served as the CEO of Outbreakr, leading a team of 5 to build a platform for crowdsourced competitions and social media campaigns. The same year, they also worked as a Product and Business Development Intern at VigLink, a Google Ventures backed startup in the affiliate marketing space. At VigLink, they created an international development strategy and supported a crowdsourced data analytics competition.
Eric's career also includes roles at CrowdRock, where they were a co-founder and product manager, and LiveRamp, where they served as the VP of Business Development and was part of the executive team. At LiveRamp, they led all business development, partnerships, and channel sales. LiveRamp was later acquired by Acxiom.
Additionally, Eric was an advisor at Smyte, a company acquired by Twitter, and the CEO and co-founder of Retain.ai, which was later acquired by Dagster Labs. At Retain.ai, they focused on accelerating customer value and outcomes by identifying important behaviors and providing true visibility and intelligence into the customer lifecycle.
Recently, Eric held the position of Head of Partnerships at Dagster Labs, where they continue to contribute their expertise in partnership management and development.
Eric Chernoff attended Harvard Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where they graduated as the Valedictorian. At the University of Florida, they pursued a multi-disciplinary education, majoring in Economics, Marketing, and Psychology.
