Geoffrey Ng has a diverse work experience in the marketing industry. Geoffrey served as the Head of Marketing at Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited - Motor HK, where they were responsible for planning brand marketing strategies, monitoring advertising effectiveness, and enhancing customer engagement. Geoffrey also led the implementation of the "Digital Personal Assistant" project to improve customer experience and connect data with backend systems. Prior to that, they were the Head of Digital Marketing at Audi Hong Kong, overseeing various digital marketing channels and website development. Geoffrey established the brand's Facebook page and revamped the website for better user engagement. Before joining Audi, Geoffrey worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited, where they focused on public relations, communication, and events. During their tenure, they successfully organized the launch ceremony for the BMW i3, the brand's first electric car in Hong Kong. Geoffrey started their career as a Marketing Supervisor at Swire Pacific, specifically at Taikoo Motors.

Geoffrey Ng completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at UC San Diego from 2002 to 2004. During their time at UC San Diego, they majored in Visual Arts and minored in Economics. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Social Sciences degree in Media Management at Hong Kong Baptist University.
