Amy Todd Klug

Amy Todd Klug is the General Counsel, Secretary, and Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Daiichi Sankyo US, a position held since August 2016, following roles as Executive Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. With a strong background in litigation and corporate operations, Amy has been responsible for all non-IP litigation and the management of legal support at Daiichi Sankyo, and has developed expertise in healthcare-related legal issues. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Life Sciences Attorney at Axiom and as a Litigation Associate at McCarter & English, LLP, and Connell Foley LLP. Amy holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University.
