Paul H.

Paul H. currently serves as Managing Director at DailyPay NI Ltd and VP of Engineering at DailyPay, Inc. Previously, Paul held roles including Software Development Manager at Amazon, Senior Director of Software Engineering at Bazaarvoice, and Senior Development Manager at SolarWinds. Paul has a rich history of leadership in software engineering, overseeing numerous teams and initiatives across various companies. Paul began a career in the U.S. Air Force, where leadership and operational management skills were developed. Paul holds an MBA in Information Technology from Auburn University, an MS in Computer Systems Technology from Louisiana State University, and a BS in Computer and Information Science from Oklahoma State University. Additional training includes completion of the Air Force Squadron Officer School focusing on Leadership and Management.
