Hector Olivares

Hector Olivares has been working at Daimler Trucks North America since August 2010, starting as an Engineer III in Powernet, moving on to become the Senior Engineer in eMobility Mechatronics, and currently serving as the eMobility Engineering Manager. Their expertise lies in the design, development, and integration of electric powertrains into class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles. Hector excels in managing teams, project planning, developing electrical components & software, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to joining Daimler, Hector was a New Product Development Engineer at Navistar Inc. Hector holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
