Venkata Aditya Sripathi

Venkata Aditya Sripathi has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Venkata Aditya started their career as an intern at SAMKRG Piston & Piston Rings Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. Venkata Aditya then worked as a Technical Service Engineer at Volkswagen India for six months in 2014. Later that year, they joined Mercedes Benz Mahavir Motors as a Graduate Engineer, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they held two roles: Student Mentor from 2015 to 2017, and MnCAR Research Assistant from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Venkata Aditya joined Ford Motor Company as a Thermal Aerodynamic Systems Engineer, a role they held until 2021. Venkata Aditya then joined Caterpillar Inc. in 2021 as an Aero-Thermal CFD Engineer before transitioning to the role of Research Engineer III in 2022. Currently, they are working as an Oil Systems Lead - HDDE Core Validation Engineer at Daimler Truck North America.

Venkata Aditya Sripathi completed a Certificate Degree in Quantum Mechanics for Scientists and Engineers 1 from Stanford University in 2023. In 2017, Venkata obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Prior to that, in 2014, Venkata earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Additionally, Venkata has obtained several certifications, including a Graduate Certificate of Excellence in Quality Management Systems from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2017 and a Diploma Program in Mechanical Design (CAD/CFD) from IM: Indian Society of Technical Education in 2016.
