Jim Shea

Jim Shea has extensive experience in credit management and financial operations, currently serving as the Director of Order to Cash at Dairy Farmers of America since July 2019. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Credit at Dean Foods Northeast, a leading producer and distributor of fluid milk in the United States, from 2000 to present. Prior roles include Director of Credit at The Stride Rite Corporation, a notable manufacturer and distributor of well-known footwear brands, and Area Credit Manager at BancBoston Financial, a major factoring company servicing various industries. Jim Shea earned an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School between 2003 and 2007.
