Joe May

Joe May is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the dairy processing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Dairy Farmers of America since May 2006, overseeing 55 manufacturing plants with expertise in Aseptic, Extended Shelf Life, and HTST dairy processing. Prior roles include Senior Director of Operations for various groups of manufacturing plants across multiple states and positions such as Plant Manager and Production Manager in both Dairy Farmers of America and Crystal Creamery. Joe's background is complemented by military experience as an Ammunition Specialist with the US Army, managing sensitive materials. Joe holds an MBA from Colorado State University and several specialized certificates in food and agricultural leadership, as well as processing technologies from prestigious institutions.
