Julie Bedsole-Hogrefe is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Dairy Farmers of America, Decorative Panels International, and IAC Group. With titles ranging from Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Director, Julie has honed expertise in managing UAW automotive facilities, contract negotiations, labor relations, and performance management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Bluffton University and an Associate of Applied Science in Business and Accounting from Northwest State Community College.
