Robin Smith

Robin Smith, AFIS, CRM, CIC, RCLS, currently holds the position of Director of Sales and Sales Operations at Dairy Farmers of America and Agri-Services Agency since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Robin served as Senior Relationship Manager at Intrepid Direct Insurance from March 2022 to May 2022 and held multiple leadership positions at Pearl Insurance from March 2014 to March 2022, including Practice Group Leader, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Senior Account Executive. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Account Manager/Business Development Manager at The Coca-Cola Company from February 2005 to February 2014. Robin earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s degree in History & Communication Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
