Since 2004, Scott Slaughter has served as the Director of Contract Manufacturing at Dairy Farmers of America, where expertise in managing manufacturing contracts has been developed. Prior to this role, Scott Slaughter worked as an Operations Manager at Campbell Soup Company from March 1989 to December 1999, gaining extensive operational knowledge. Scott Slaughter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
