Amanda Hoefling

Amanda Hoefling, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Dairyland Power Cooperative, leading the Corporate Services Division encompassing Safety, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Information Technology, and Administrative Services. Amanda holds the position of Chief Member Relations & Human Resources Officer at Viterbo University and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Cooperative Network. Additionally, Amanda contributes as a Council Member for the Governor's Council on Workforce Investment and has held various roles at Pedernales Electric Cooperative, ranging from Director of Leadership & Organizational Development to HR Manager. Previous experience includes senior HR roles at Space Center Houston. Amanda earned an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
