Mark D. McCauley

Mark D. McCauley is Chief Operating Officer of Dakkota Integrated Systems.

Mark, who joined Dakkota in 2006, serving as Chief Financial Officer, oversees all company functions and reports directly to CEO Andra Rush. As COO, he is responsible for 2,200 highly trained team members and the development and execution of efficient and effective production systems to ensure timely delivery of Dakkota’s best-in-class vehicle components to OEM customers.

Before joining Dakkota, Mark’s 30-year career in financial and general management included automotive and manufacturing concerns in the U.S. and China. Mark held senior financial positions at Intier Automotive Interiors and Versatrim, Tier 1 OEM auto suppliers and subsidiaries of Magna International.

Under Mark’s financial leadership, Dakkota’s bottom line improved year over year for more than a decade.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Adrian College, along with a master’s degree in finance from Walsh College. He resides in Brighton, Mich.
