Devan Olsem

Devan Olsem has a diverse work experience. Currently, they work as a Principal Data Analyst at Dakota Electric Association. Prior to this, Devan served as a Teaching Assistant in the Math and Computer Science department at Bethel University. They also held the position of Math Lab Lead Tutor during their time at Bethel University. Additionally, Devan worked as an Account Owner and Developer at ProCity Hoops. Lastly, they worked at UnitedHealthcare as a Data Analytics professional, where they utilized Python and its machine learning libraries to create predictive and classification models. They also automated data processes using Excel, Python, and SQL, performed data cleaning and preprocessing, and created data visualization dashboards in Tableau.

Devan Olsem attended Bethel University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Data Science. In addition to their degree, Devan obtained a certification as a Microsoft Excel Expert in May 2022 from Microsoft.
