Falecia Frederick

Falecia Frederick is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client success, sales, coaching, and management. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Dakota Software since March 2023, Falecia previously held the position of Sales Representative at Group Management Services, Inc. from September 2022 to March 2023. As a Life and Leadership Coach at The Fairy Coachmothers from August 2019 to April 2022, Falecia focused on client transformation in relationships and careers, while also creating customized tools and managing social media content. In a prior role as Regional Director at American Immersion Theater, Falecia was responsible for overseeing thousands of events across three states and achieved notable success in lead generation and team leadership. Additional experience includes roles at Cinema Life and in private home health care, along with account management at RDI Marketing Services.
