Kent Blanchard

Kent Blanchard, CISM, has over 20 years of experience in various technology and security roles. Kent most recently served as the Director of IT Security at Dakota Supply Group. Prior to that, they were the Director of Information Security, SSO, and CISO at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC. Kent also held the position of Director of Information Security at Corelink Administrative Solutions, where they oversaw corporate security, systems architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and facilities. Additionally, they worked as the Team Lead Systems Access at Noridian Mutual Insurance and as the Application Support Manager and Team Lead at Sanford Health. Throughout their career, Kent has demonstrated expertise in analyzing and designing security controls, introducing security architecture, and aligning IT security teams with business needs.

Kent Blanchard, CISM has an education history that includes studies in Engineering Physics at North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Northern State University. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained several certifications including the PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA) from the PCI Security Standards Council in May 2023, the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from HP in May 2006, and various other certifications such as AIX Systems Administrator, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Cloverleaf Level 1 and Level 2 from Infor, EPIC 2010 and EPIC 2012 Bridges Certification from Epic, as well as Siemens OpenLink Certification from Siemens.
