Josh Crossman advises wealthy individuals, families, businesses, foundations & endowments on a variety of matters including asset allocation, portfolio construction, wealth transfer planning, and liquidity alternatives as well as custom specialty lending. Applying more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Josh provides tailored advice and solutions regarding asset allocation and advises on tactical investment decisions with a core focus on clients’ near and long-term goals.

He works closely with his colleagues and his clients’ external trusted professional advisors on both public and private investments, philanthropic, estate, and tax planning strategies. Prior to joining Dakota, Josh was an Executive Managing Director at Boston Private (acquired by SVB), a private bank and $14+ billion registered investment advisory firm in their Palm Beach Gardens office. His past experience includes JP Morgan Private Bank as Team Leader for their HNW & UHNW businesses. Josh began his career in Boston at Fidelity Investments as Vice President of Capital Markets and Director of Structured Products.
