Joseph Tran

Joseph Tran is a Technical Engineer at Dalcom since September 2022, with a focus on administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV, as well as Point-of-Sale software and systems configurations. Previously, Joseph worked as a Student Desk Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, providing hardware and software support to students and faculty from January to May 2022. Prior to that, Joseph served as a Warehouse Associate at Carpenter Co. from July 2017 to January 2020, utilizing AutoCAD as a machine operator in the EPS department to create foam products. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate of Arts degree from Davidson-Davie Community College.
