Rick Stickles

Rick Stickles is a seasoned Full Stack Developer at Dale Medical Products, Inc. since January 2011, where Rick has contributed to the development of Dale Portal, a self-service, multi-dashboard web application. Prior to this role, Rick was the founder of Innovative Toys, Inc., creating the award-winning ScareMeNots™, which helps children face their fears, and earned multiple accolades including the 2011 Toy of the Year. Rick also served as President of Encore Systems, Inc. from August 1991 to January 2011, after gaining diverse experience as a Junior and Mid-level Developer for several companies, including KPMG. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, completed in 1986.
