Melissa Hernandez

Melissa Hernandez has a diverse background in child advocacy and customer success. Currently serving as a Customer Success Representative at Guardify since February 2024, Melissa previously held multiple roles at the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center from May 2017 to February 2024, including Forensic Interviewer, Family Advocate, Crisis Child Care Worker, and Forensic Interview Intern. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
