Anastasia Reed

Anastasia Reed is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital media and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Media for the Dallas Independent School District since December 2022, Anastasia oversees the district's online newsroom and digital media platforms. Previously, as the Manager of Social Media & Media Relations at Texas Woman's University, strategic social media initiatives were aligned with the university’s mission, including crisis communication. Anastasia's background also includes serving as a Senior Public Affairs Officer for the City of Dallas, where responsibilities encompassed media relations, crisis communication, and strategic communications planning. With previous roles at Oklahoma State University and Six Flags Over Texas, Anastasia has honed skills in digital marketing and content creation. Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Midwestern State University.
