Conrad Bellard

Conrad Bellard possesses extensive experience in military operations, logistics, and educational leadership, currently serving as the Senior Army Instructor at Dallas Independent School District since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing a High School Military Cadet Program. Prior roles include Operations Supervisor at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., managing logistics for a General Motors assembly line, and Commercial Transportation Manager at The Exchange, where improvement of national fleet transportation management was achieved. Notably, Conrad held various leadership positions within the US Army, including Senior Operations Manager and Director of Logistics, managing logistics missions and operations both in the United States and during deployments in Africa and Afghanistan.
