Karen Adler Ryder

Karen Adler Ryder has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Karen is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Dallas Market Center, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Growth & Category Management at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from September 2019 to September 2021.

From July 2015 to September 2019, Karen was the Global Head of Brand & Retail at rewardStyle, where they led the global Brand Development division and managed teams across multiple locations. Karen was responsible for driving sales and EBITDA growth, and implementing growth, marketing, and product strategies.

Before joining rewardStyle, Karen worked as the Director of Global Innovation and Corporate Strategy at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from August 2013 to July 2015.
