Mandy Eaton has been the Marketing Director for Sponsorships at the Dallas Mavericks since November 2019. In this role, they are responsible for creating unique co-branded solutions for over 80 corporate partners, spearheading the marketing efforts to fundraise over $1.1M for The Mavs Foundation, and leading marketing strategy and execution for four core departments.
Prior to their current role, Mandy served as the Director of Sponsorship Marketing for the Mavericks from July 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they orchestrated the NBA All-Star Voting Campaign encouraging fans to vote for Luka Dončić, which has received a "Top 3" award from the NBA in 2020 and 2021. Mandy also created unique co-branded solutions for over 80 corporate partners and supervised marketing advertisements for print, TV, in-game, OOH, email, web, mobile app, social media, and radio exposing the Mavericks brand to a world-wide audience.
Mandy began their career with the Mavericks as an Events Coordinator in July 2016. In this role, they were responsible for executing over 100 events per year including player appearances, community initiatives, and corporate functions. Mandy also managed relationships with over 100 event vendors and helped to create new events and experiences for Mavericks fans.
Mandy Eaton has a Graduate Corporate Communications Certificate from Cornell University, a Graduate Marketing Certificate Program from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Texas Tech University. Additionally, Mandy holds certifications from LinkedIn, Udemy, HubSpot, Google, and Hootsuite.
They are on a team with Alison Panasik - VP Brand Identity, Deadrah Smith - Executive Assistant to CMO, and Dale Alexander - VP Creative Marketing. Mandy Eaton reports to Iris Diaz, Chief Marketing Officer.
