Esther Cain

Esther (Paden) Cain currently serves as Dispatch Coordinator at Dallas Mechanical Group, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Esther held the position of Supervisor of Administration and Pricing at National Hot Water from June 2006 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing administrative functions, managing staff, and preparing customer reports and pricing structures. Esther also worked as an Account Manager, focusing on water heater sales, service, and customer support, along with dispatching contractors and managing escalation issues. Earlier experience includes a role as Data Clerk at Labott Anderson from January 2001 to May 2005, processing immigration documents. Esther earned a Bachelor of Science in General Business with a focus in Human Resources from Remington College between 2010 and 2013, and completed high school studies in Business Management at Townview Magnet Center from 1995 to 1999.
