Jarrad Toussant's work experience includes being a Senior Vice President at the Dallas Regional Chamber since 2021. Jarrad Toussant's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin. Jarrad pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the Plan II Honors Program, focusing on humanities and international relations. Toussant completed their undergraduate studies in 2002.

Following their bachelor's degree, Toussant decided to further their education and enrolled at Rutgers University in 2003. Jarrad pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree and completed the program in 2005.

In 2009, Toussant returned to Rutgers, this time to their Business School, to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in marketing. Jarrad successfully completed the program in 2011, furthering their education in the field of business and marketing.
