Olympia Newman

Olympia Newman, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Olympia began their career at the University of North Texas at Dallas in 2014 as an Academic Literacy Coach. Olympia then transitioned to the Springhill Montessori School in 2015, where they served as an Educator until 2016. From 2017 to 2022, Olympia worked as an Educator at Grand Prairie ISD. Olympia'smost recent positions were with the Dallas Regional Chamber, where they started as the Director of Leadership Programs in 2022 and was later promoted to the role of Managing Director, Leadership Programs in 2023.

Olympia Newman, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, including "How Managers Create a Culture of Belonging" and "Impromptu Speaking" from LinkedIn, "Own Your Voice: Improve Presentations and Executive Presence" from LinkedIn, "Apple Teacher" from Apple, and certifications in EC-12 Special Education, EC-6 Generalist, and Science of Reading from the Texas Education Agency.
