Brittani McLaurin

Brittani McLaurin is an experienced dance team manager and director with a strong background in collegiate dance education and team management. Currently serving as the Spirit Director at Texas Christian University since July 2024 and the Dance Team Manager for the Dallas Wings since March 2023, Brittani has previously held similar managerial roles at Panther City Lacrosse Club and as the Southwest Dance State Director for Varsity Spirit. Brittani directed the North Texas Dancers at the University of North Texas from April 2017 to July 2024, focusing on the development and training of student-athletes in dance techniques. Additionally, Brittani has experience in university housing and was a dancer for the Dallas Cowboys’ Rhythm & Blue team. Brittani earned a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Florida State University in 2008.
