Brian Ellestad

Brian Ellestad, P.E. is a Principal at Dally + Associates Structural & Civil Engineers, where Brian also holds the title of Project Executive. Brian has been with Cardno since November 1997, serving as a Senior Project Manager. Brian graduated from the University of Iowa in 1995 with a BSCE in Civil Engineering.
