Nicole Blanco

Nicole Blanco serves as Vice President of Operations at Dalsin Industries, specializing in precision metal product manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Manufacturing at Turck USA and Production Director at Wagner Spray Tech. At SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, Nicole applied lean manufacturing and six sigma principles to enhance global supply chain processes, while previously overseeing manufacturing operations at GE Power. A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, notable achievements include leading projects that achieved significant cost reductions and process improvements, and active involvement in engineering education and community service.
