Caleb Mayerson

Caleb Mayerson is an experienced operations professional and entrepreneur with a strong focus on sustainability in the apparel industry. As the Founder of Mayson Clothing since October 2017, Caleb has developed and operated a direct-to-consumer brand, engaging in extensive travel to secure raw materials and manufacturing partnerships in Peru and Portugal. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Reframe Systems since August 2023, Caleb has also owned a commercial property through F.B. KEENE since January 2022. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Columbia Care, where responsibilities encompassed managing a major manufacturing facility, and operational roles at Batten Goods and Krush, Inc. Caleb began professional experience with a finance internship at The Boston Beer Company. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Skidmore College, Caleb combines a robust educational background with diverse hands-on experience in operations and marketing.
