Stepan Fedorov

Stepan Fedorov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stepan is currently a Product Manager at DALTIX - Retail Data that Works, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Engly Club in 2022, and served as a Senior Product Manager at XWAY from 2022 to 2023.

In 2021, Stepan worked as a Product Manager at Sberbank, where they were responsible for launching a new B2C service for older adults and people with disabilities. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Digital Product Manager at The HEINEKEN Company, leading the digital transformation in the Marketing Department.

Before that, Stepan held the role of Product Manager at Bafsy, where they defined the strategy and roadmap for two products. Stepan also founded SportCloud, a B2B/B2B2C SaaS company for sports organizations.

Stepan Fedorov has a diverse education history. Stepan completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Vlerick Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University between 2007 and 2009. Stepan's foundational education includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software of Computers and Computer Systems from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" from 2002 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Stepan has also obtained additional certifications. Stepan acquired the ICP - Agile Product Ownership certification from ICAgile in April 2020. Stepan also earned the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in January 2020.
