Luiza Paschia

Luiza Paschia is a skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in both mainframe and modern application development. Presently at Dalux since December 2022, Luiza previously contributed to investment management solutions at SimCorp and developed core business logic at Danske Bank, where expertise in IBM z/OS, PL/I, Assembler, and Agile processes was honed. Early career highlights include participation in a graduate program with Group IT, working on system design and development, along with providing IT support at Worldwide Flight Services. Luiza also created a user-friendly MATLAB toolbox during a student assistant role at the Technical University of Denmark. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Global System's Design from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and Communication from DTU Ballerup Campus.
