Jastine Lightfoot (Wright)

Jastine Lightfoot (Wright) is an experienced Specifications/NPD Technologist currently employed at Dalziel Ingredients Ltd since June 2022, following a role as Technical Coordinator at HECK from September 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes two years as an NPD Technologist at Beanies The Flavour Co. Ltd. and a placement as a Concept Development Technologist at Oscar Mayer Ltd. Jastine began in the food industry as a Catering Assistant at Leeds University Union, complemented by skills developed as an Outdoor Instructor at Scout Adventures Youlbury. Jastine holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds and possesses a strong foundation in food safety, quality systems, and new product development.
