Erica Brown

Erica Brown has extensive experience in behavioral health and support services, currently serving as a Family Case Manager at the Department of Child and Family Services since February 2019. Concurrently, Erica holds positions as a Registered Behavior Technician and Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist at Hopebridge Clinic, focusing on therapy for children on the autism spectrum, and as a Behavioral Support Technician at Damar Services, Inc. Additionally, Erica works as a Youth Treatment Specialist at Gibault Inc. and previously gained customer service experience as a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn. Erica began the professional journey in direct support services with ResCare Workforce Services and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from Indiana State University, earned in May 2017.
