Elite Bor Shavit, MD, serves as a Retina Specialist and Vitreoretinal Surgeon at D'Ambrosio Eye Care, Inc. since November 2018. Prior to this role, Elite Bor Shavit completed a Vitreoretinal fellowship at The Ottawa Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 and worked as a Staff Ophthalmologist at the Retina Unit of Rabin Medical Center from January 2013 to October 2014. Elite Bor Shavit’s medical career began with an Ophthalmology residency at Rabin Medical Center from October 2007 to December 2012, followed by a medical internship at the same institution from September 2006 to September 2007. Elite Bor Shavit obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Semmelweis University and completed a premed course at McDaniel College Budapest.
