Oleg Makhinov

Oleg Makhinov has a vast experience in the maritime industry, starting as a Production engineer and working their way up to becoming a Team Leader Mechanical at Damen Yachting. Oleg has led various engineering teams, coordinated with international partners, and has a strong background in design and project management. Oleg also holds a Master's degree in Ship systems and power plants from Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.
