Pascale Barnich

Pascale Barnich serves as the General Manager at Action Damien - Damiaanactie since September 2022. Previously, Pascale was the Country Director for MSI Reproductive Choices from April 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included establishing the DRC office, expanding operations to 100 employees, and significantly increasing the impact on women and girls through targeted initiatives. Prior to that role, Pascale held positions at Save the Children International as Programme Development and Quality Director, Social Development Direct as Country Manager, and Médecins du Monde as General Coordinator, overseeing various humanitarian and development projects. Additional experience includes roles at Handicap International, Davoise & Associates, MetaGroup / Intellissens SA, and KPMG Belgium, complementing a strong educational background with a Master in Business Engineering from Ichec Brussels Management School.
