Ali A. Jarrar

Ali A. Jarrar, MBA (HR), MA, currently serves as a Consultant, Advisor, and Coach at Dammah Consulting, focusing on business transformation, organizational effectiveness, cultural reengineering, total quality management, and human capital, while also being an ILM certified coach in leadership and HR. With extensive experience from March 1993 to February 2022 leading HR and Administration functions, Ali Jarrar has managed key projects in establishing and restructuring HR departments, centralizing back office and shared services operations, and implementing organizational change and effectiveness initiatives. Previously, in a Vice President role, oversight included business transformation, IPO projects, and group strategic planning, alongside leading the internal audit function and several governance initiatives.
