Mai Alrooqi

Mai Alrooqi has extensive experience in business intelligence and data analysis, currently serving in the role of Business Intelligence and Performance at Dammam Airports Company since September 2022. Prior to this, Mai worked at Gulf International Bank from February 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining database systems as a Data Publishing Analyst, managing databases for accuracy as a Management Information System Specialist, and overseeing the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics CRM as a CRM, Database, and Liabilities Analyst. Mai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Arab Open University and a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Information Technology (Programming) from The Open University, both obtained between 2009 and 2014.
