Rebecca Navarro Deocampo

Rebecca Navarro DeOcampo is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Dana-co LLC since March 2017, Rebecca leads HR shared services and advises management on employee relations, compliance, staffing, organizational development, and compensation. Prior experience includes roles in HR at SGN Group from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, recruiting, and policy development, and at Avenue Stores LLC from 2007 to 2014, managing corporate HR functions, including discrimination complaints and staffing. Rebecca holds a JD from the City University of New York School of Law and a BS in Marketing - International Trade from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
