Kat Heckman, GIA AJP has worked in the retail industry since 2014. Kat began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at The Bar Method Gold Coast in 2014. In 2015, they joined rag & bone as a Sales Support and Sales Specialist, where they were personally responsible for just under $1 million in sales during the 2017 calendar year, resulting in their being the #5 seller company-wide. In 2018, they joined Dana Rebecca Designs as a Sales Lead and Inside Sales Representative for Retail. During their time at Dana Rebecca Designs, they were responsible for lifetime sales of over $10 million within 4 years (2019-2022) and personally responsible for $3.9 million in sales during the 2022 calendar year, resulting in a 5% growth rate over 2021.

Kat Heckman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago in 2017. In 2019, they completed the Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) program from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
