Andrea Siudara serves as senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO), for Dana. Andrea has more than 20 years of diverse global industry experience spanning automotive, service, and software. She has a strong understanding of transformation and digitalizing core business processes as well as technical experience in data and analytics strategies, enterprise software development, cybersecurity, and the organizational utilization of technology to drive margin optimization and growth.
Andrea most recently served as vice president of Digital Enterprise Transformation for Johnson Controls, a global organization with more than 2,000 locations and 120,000 team members around the world. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, she was the global CIO and company officer for Altair Engineering, a global software company where she led global information technology (IT) systems, enterprise business systems, security, and IT business strategy. Andrea has also held executive roles at Ford Motor Company as the functional CIO of the global data and analytics team and served as CIO for the Aftermarket Division of Delphi Automotive. Additionally, Andrea spent more than a decade in consulting and advancing global management roles at General Motors.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University. She also studied computer science at Carnegie Mellon University. Andrea was recognized as a Michigan Successful Women under 40 and received the 2014 Diversity MBA 100 Award. She currently serves on the Board of Bocar Group helping to guide its digital strategy.
