Giulio Ornella

Giulio Ornella has extensive work experience in the engineering and innovation field, with a focus on electrification and advanced technologies. Giulio currently holds the position of Vice President Global Engineering, Light Vehicle Electrification at Dana Incorporated since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as Sr Director, Global Mechatronics & Electrification Engineering from February 2020 to June 2021. From April 2018 to February 2020, Giulio worked as the Director of Global Advanced Technologies and Innovation. Before joining Dana Incorporated, they held various roles at Carraro SpA, including System Integration and Hybrid/Electric Technology Leader from March 2010 to January 2012, Powertrain Controls Software Development Supervisor from July 2008 to February 2010, and Electronic Controls Engineer from June 2005 to June 2008.

Giulio Ornella completed their Engineering Msc degree at Università degli Studi di Padova from 1998 to 2005. Giulio'sfield of study included Electronics, Electronic Controls, and Computer Science. In 2011 to 2012, they attended Stogea Business School and obtained an EMBA for Technical Profiles. Giulio'smost recent educational achievement was obtaining a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, which they completed from 2015 to 2018.
